Corporate Social Responsibility
We understand our employees are our most valuable asset and believe in recognising
their achievements and developing their talent.
Environmentally we strive to reduce the impact our work does to the world and are
committed to improving our environmental policies which include:
- Only using 100% recycled copier paper in our offices.
- Printed marketing literature is produced on 98% recycled paper where possible and using vegetable based inks.
- All company computers have been upgraded to use 60% less energy.
- Recycle bins have been installed in our offices, for paper & printer / fax cartridges.
Community wise, our National Charity for the year is Cancer Research. In addition,
we support local charities through staff & client sponsorship (Kick4Rick, Guide
Dogs for the Blind, British Heart Foundation, Breast Cancer, Childline, Naomi House
and the Princes Trust & Action for Children). Having launched the "Staff Volunteer
Day 2010" we encourage all staff to support local community projects where they
are eligible to one paid day off a year to assist charity or voluntary work in their
local area.
Equal Opportunity
Corporate Solutions equal opportunities policy, for itself and its subsidiaries,
is based on the principle that no element in a persons working life (e.g. recruitment,
training, development or conditions of employment), should be influenced by considerations
of sex, race, disability, marital status, religion or any other condition other
than that person's suitability and that no-one is disadvantaged by conditions or
requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable. All employees will be recruited,
trained and developed using fair and consistent criteria, related to the requirements
of the job.
